MONITORING OF EFFICIENCY AND IMPROVEMENT OF REGULATORY ACTIVITY OF STATE POWER BODIES

Abstract
An approach is proposed to monitor the effectiveness of regulatory activity of public authorities on the basis of quantitative and qualitative analysis in the article. The results of monitoring of regulatory activity of regional state administrations and central executive authorities are presented. Recommendations on improving the register of regulatory acts are given.
