Monitorowanie pacjentów krytycznie chorych na oddziałach intensywnej terapii

Abstract
The state of an ICU patient may exacerbate suddenly. The scales presented in the literature enable the assessment of a patient’s medical condition (including a degree of organ dysfunction). These tools help to identify and document changes in organ dysfunction and also provide a benchmark for further assessment.
