Abstract
With organometric and histometric researches the study of morphometric parameters of thyroid laboratory white rats of different age groups in normal and prolonged exposure to the pesticide. The dependence of morphological restructuring of thyroid gland, the nature of which depended on the age of the animals as well as duration of the receipt of the pesticide to animals. Проводилось изучение морфометрических показателей щитовидной железы белых лабораторных крыс разных возрастных групп в норме и при длительном воздействии пестицида 2,4Д с использованием органометрических и гистометрических методов исследования. Установлена зависимость морфофункциональных перестроек структуры щитовидной железы, характер которых зависит как от возраста животных, так и от длительности поступления пестицида в организм животных.
