Abstract
Annually the World ocean the from 6 to 12 million tons of oil enter. One of sources of receipt of oil in a marine environment is transporting of oil a sea. At the accidents of courts, transporting oil, there are overflows of oil. The consequences of such overflows are ecological and social catastrophes. Therefore providing of safety and reliability of transporting of oil a sea became a major task on the modern stage.
