Mortgage Comparison of immaterial property rights in Iran

Abstract

Objective of ensuring claims are collateral and other credit debt will increase and he shall be their financial needs. Therefore the objective of simplifying the stability and prosperity of the collateral financial ties to the community and is important in this respect. So it should be easier sentences would be more the domain of the property to be mortgaged. The most important issues related to the mortgage contract terms and provisions of the mortgage because dominion mortgage property will be set to tuna. Consumer Rights in Iran and is mortgaging the same property. Must also be valid if the property is mortgaged for the benefit of religion. Nowadays, there are a bunch of properties that are more important than material possessions and property are called credit. Mortgages third mortgage on the property, also discussed the need arises.
