MOTIVATIONAL ASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF STAFF IN THE CONTEXT OF OPTIMIZATION OF EMPLOYMENT OF THE COUNTRY

Abstract

The paper improved theoretical and methodological basis of motivation of personnel. Management of human resources is studied as motivated macroeconomic and microeconomic level process. The system of continuous motivation of staff in the company is considered as a unity of two subsystems – state economic incentives sphere of professional training and development of employees, on the one hand, and motivation of staff in enterprises on the basis of productive activity on the other. Researched the mechanism of coordination of interests and the formation of stable partnerships between all stakeholders and in-house training of production staff to focus on priorities declared by the state in this area.
