Motivational basis of promoting innovation in modern conditions

Abstract
The process of fundamental changesin Ukraine accompanied by a radical reassessment of values and the aspiration to form a new paradigm of effective development. So, today in Ukraine is important to encourage innovation in all socio-economic spheres of society. It isessential to the formation of a new type of professionals who can speak innovators. Enhancing innovation component isessential for improving performance, increase the competitiveness of the national economy. Identify the features of motivation of workers, innovators and the determining of its socio-economicfactors. Singledominant group needs structure of employee motivation-innovators. Features off ostering innovation personnel priority motivational factors in the system of innovative human resource management. The study made it possible to determine motivation as a necessary element of human resource managements a source of intellectual revitalization of personnel in the enterprise. The features of motivation in innovation, the dominant motives in the structure of motivation innovators, the main factors stimulation the innovation make it possible to form a motivational mechanism of activation of innovative personnel in accordance with defined business strategy.
