МОЖЛИВОСТІ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ КЛЮЧОВИХ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЕЙ НОВОЇ УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ ШКОЛИ У ФІЗИЧНОМУ ВИХОВАННІ ШКОЛЯРІВ

Abstract
n The article raises questions related to the possibilities of implementing the key competencies of the educational reform “New Ukrainian School” in the physical education of schoolchildren. The given data reflect the opinion of teachers of physical culture on introduction of each key competence during physical education lessons at the initial stage of its introduction. Purpose: to find out the opinion of physical education teachers about the possibility of implementing key competencies in physical education. Methods of research: analysis and generalization of literary sources, sociological methods (surveys using questionnaires, interviews), methods of mathematical statistics. Results: the opinion of the specialists on physical education about the possible realization of key competencies during the lesson and in extra-curricular forms is established. The possibility of realization of all key competencies, which are defined in the Law of Ukraine “On Education” and envisaged by the Concept of Educational Reform “New Ukrainian School”, is analyzed. It was found that the degree of their implementation is not the same. Conclusions: it was found that it is easier for teachers of physical culture to introduce such key competences as: fluent knowledge of the state language (92%); cultural competence (70%); mathematical competence (64%); ecological competence (62%); lifelong learning (62%). It is somewhat more difficult, according to experts, to introduce in civic education of pupils civil competencies related to the ideas of democracy, justice, equality, human rights, welfare and a healthy lifestyle with the awareness of equal rights and opportunities (58%); the ability to communicate with their native (in case of difference from the state) and foreign languages (54%); innovation (48%); informational and communicative competence (48%); competence in natural sciences, engineering and technologies (46%). Most difficultly, according to teachers of physical culture, to realize the content of key competency - entrepreneurship and financial literacy (32%)
