Abstract

The work done in the Islamic literature on behalf of fiqh is not large enough to be underestimated, especially in the Hanafi sect. The works of great importance constitute an important part of the in-sectarian jurisprudential literature. In the Hanafite collection, While the first great works that started to be copyrighted in the first half of the century follow prestigious texts which mean denominational texts, similar works are now being offered as ilmihal artifacts. The so-called fascinating works, which teach the Islamic traditions in a concise way, are an invaluable scientific heritage that scholars have left behind. These studies have been the object of different types of investigations and took place among the most presitigous works of the section. These texts have been used in the madrasah for centuries, used as handbooks by the ladies, and able to easily perform the daily religious practices of the majority of Muslims, and to help them solve the problems of jurisprudence. In this study, some information will be given about the Hanefi abreviations and the Hanafi scholars, as well as the brief biography of the authors of the first period and the last period.
