Multicultural context of international human resources management

Abstract
This paper is dedicated to the analysis of the cultural context of international humanresources management. The issue has been presented from the perspective of internationalcapital groups active in the global scale. A variety of different definitions of internationalhuman resources management has been presented, as well as its range and characteristicfeatures which distinguish it from human resources management functioning in anational scale. The analysis of various models of multicultural environment whereprocesses of international human resources management takes place, has been carriedout. Personnel strategies built and implemented in international corporations have alsobeen discussed in a synthetic manner.
