MULTICULTURAL SELF-ORGANIZATION OF FOREIGN STUDENTS IN THE PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION PROCESS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of multicultural self-organization of foreign students in the process of professional training. Attention is drawn to the fact that the trends in the formation of a single interdependent world have created the problem of multicultural self-organization of the linguistic personality, which consists in the formation of a new type of personality, dynamic, able to constantly change depending on the conditions of cooperation with other people. In this regard, the question arises of the importance of creating an educational tool that promotes the multicultural self-organization of the linguistic personality. We believe that professional training can be just such an effective tool, which allows individuals to be organized substantially, socially, personally, culturally and professionally. Also, attention is focused on the fact that the multicultural selforganization of foreign students is of particular importance, which manifests itself in the development of the abilities to solve the tasks of professional activity in the process of positive interaction with representatives of different cultures.
