SYNERGETIC ASPECT OF COMMUNICATIVE INTERACTION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS SUBJECTS IN CONDITIONS OF PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract
The problem of synergetic approach in the development of education – innovative direction of scientific researches, which is considered as a new paradigm of education, is violated. It is emphasized on the need to combine different approaches, systems and subsystems of nonlinear character, that open new education perspectives and possibilities to the transformation and renovation. The expedience of synergetic approach to the problem of communicative interaction of the educational process subjects as an effective stimulated factor of the university development is substantiated. The conceptual range of verbal communication, taking into account its integrative nature and key principle – interaction, is described. It is established, that the notion “interaction” is a universal form of the objective world development, determines the existence and structural organization of any system; as a pedagogical category, gets the status of universal principle of formation, existence and selfdevelopment of the communicative surroundings in pedagogical university.
