PROFESSIONAL APPROACH AS A GUARANTEE OF FORMATION MOBILITY SPECIALIST EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the notion of “professionalism”, examines the peculiarities of the application of the professional approach in the system of preparation of future teachers. The problem of formation of a competitive teacher through a systemic nature prism is considered. The peculiarities of creating a model of the formation of a mobile pedagogue around which social and technological processes are deployed, methods of professional-physical measurements are tested, new professional problems are analyzed. The authors of the article consider the analysis of new professions to be especially valuable, among which there are interesting and perspective proposals both for teachers of institutions of general secondary education and for future educators of pre-school establishments with a special emphasis on the formation of their healthy preservation qualities. Prospects for further exploration are determined.
