THE LEGAL CULTURE CONCEPT RESEARCH: CONCEPT AND ITS TYPES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the legal culture concept research. The results of the analysis of scientific sources on the problem of the legal culture formation of future teachers have made it possible to identify the connection between the concepts: "culture", "legal culture of society", "legal culture of the person", "legal culture", "professional legal culture", "legal education" that gives grounds to state ambiguous approaches to the interpretation of the concept of" legal culture ". It is a separate spectrum of understanding of the general culture of the individual and is conditioned by the ethical, political, psychological, economic, legal, information system in society, the mentality of the people. “Legal culture” is considered as a system of legal values that meet the requirements of the legal development of society. It is defined as a legal consciousness in action, which manifests itself through intellectual, emotional and psychological states, in practical activity, legal activity. There are three types of legal culture: 1) society legal culture; 2) individual legal culture; 3) professional legal culture. Society legal culture structure consists of consciousness culture, legal behavior culture and legal practice culture. In the process of further disclosure of the essence of the problem being investigated we consider it appropriate to place an emphasis on the professional legal culture. Professional legal culture is defined as one of the forms of the legal culture of society and acts in the form of knowledge, feelings, valued orientations and other structural forms of the legal culture of the community of people engaged in legal activities, require special legal education and practical training. It is determined the existence of specific functions of the legal culture: cognitive-transformative that is connected with the theoretical and organizational activity on the formation of a law-governed state and ensuring the establishment of a civil society. Legal-regulatory function is aimed at ensuring the stable, coherent, dynamic and effective functioning of all elements of the legal system. Value-normative function is expressed by a system of axiological characteristics. It manifests itself in various phenomena which acquires value significance, reflected in the minds of the acting individuals. The prognostic function encompasses lawmaking and the law implementation processes. The generalization of the views of scientists to the understanding of the basic concepts of the research is the theoretical basis for the introduction into the scientific circle of the notion "legal culture of the future teacher" as an integral part of the general, social, professional culture of the individual that has a special structure, content and functions of professional pedagogical activities. The future research of this concept can be carried out considering and analyzing foreign pedagogical and legal scientific sources.
