PRINCIPLES OF THE USE OF FLEXIBLE MANAGEMENT SCRUM PROJECTS IN SCIENTIFIC AND RESEARCH WORK OF STUDENTS

Abstract
The publication describes the main principles of using Scrum’s flexible management in the context of student research work. Modern tendencies in the direction of organization of research activities of students of institutions of higher education are considered. The ways of solving the problem connected with the stereotyping of thinking about organization of the student research work are outlined only during extracurricular time. The mechanisms of using Scrum’s flexible control in the process of carrying out a student’s scientific project are determined. The key roles and responsibilities of the participants of the research work, organized with the help of the flexible control of Scrum, are singled out.
