MOTIVATION AS A NECESSARY CONDITION FOR FORMING VALUE-RELATED ATTEMPTS TO FUTURE BUILDERS

Abstract
In the article the author considers the working moral value issues, working behavior, an effective work motivation, distinguishes motivation as a necessary condition for the formation of a value relation to the future builders’ work; outlines the main varieties and structural components of the future builders’ motivation. The article names the following groups of motives: professional; generally social, narrow social, rich in content; material; motives of achievement; utilitarian. The author observes that the process of motivation is divided into the following main stages: the satisfaction of needs; developing a strategy and finding ways to satisfy needs; activity tactics’ determination and its phased implementation; satisfaction of needs and reception of material or spiritual rewards.
