PROFESSIONAL-PERSONAL SELF-IMPROVEMENT OF THE FUTURE TEACHERS IN THE ASPECT OF FORMATION OF PRESCHOOLERS’ HEALTH-SAVING COMPETENCE BY MEANS OF GAME ACTIVITY

Abstract
In article the essence of the phenomenon of “professional-personal self-improvement” is analyzed. The main procedural components of professional-personal self-improvement of the future teacher are revealed. The algorithm of professional-personal self-improvement of the future teachers is developed for the purpose of effective formation of the health-saving competence of preschoolers by means of game activity. The stages of the specified process are identified. It is established that the result of introduction of the represented algorithm of professionalpersonal self-improvement will be the formation of its essential components: self-knowledge, self-regulation, self-education, self-development, self-upbringing and interpreting them in the aspect of research.
