PSYCHO-PEDAGOGICAL TOOLS FOR THE CORRECTION AND PEDAGOGICAL WORK OF THE TEACHER ASSISTANT WITH CHILDREN WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDERS

Abstract
The author of the article analyzes some aspects of the teacher’s assistant work with children with autism spectrum disorders. The components of correctional and innovative content of psycho-pedagogical work with autistic children are determined. On the basis of the general psycho-pedagogical characteristics of children with autism are described the most commonly used methods of correctional and pedagogical work of an assistant teacher of an inclusive class. The tasks of the teacher are to provide conditions for the formation of sensorimotor experience of a child with special educational needs. The specific case of practical application of correctional and pedagogical tools by the teacher’s assistant in primary school of the institution of general secondary education is presented.
