EXPLORATION OF CRITERIA AND INDICATORS OF THE FUTURE OF PROFESSIONAL SUBJECTIVITY OF THE FUTURE OFFICER AS A PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

Abstract
The article analyzes the psychological and pedagogical problem of formation of professional subjectivity in future officers during training in higher military educational institutions. The experience of carrying out military service missions during the Operation of the Unified Forces (ATO) undoubtedly points to the urgent need for changes in the training system of officers as the basis of the troops. The result of higher military education in modern conditions is the formation of cadets – future officers of the ability to be the subject of their lives, respond adequately to changes, readiness for military-professional activity and the ability to form the social and educational subjectivity of subordinate servicemen, and most importantly – to perceive and broadcast in its military-professional activities. The substantiation of the actual problem of distinguishing the criteria and indicators of the formation of the professional subjectivity of future officers during training in higher military educational institutions is grounded.
