TO THE PROBLEM OF PROSPECTIVE ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHERS’ TRAINING IN REFLEXIVE MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article discloses the problem of reflexive management training to Ukrainian university students majoring inteaching English. The necessity of forming students’ personality as a performer of management of an integral pedagogical process is emphasized. The authors describe the experience of the organization of students’ educational and cognitive activity aimed at their mastering reflexive management techniques. The integrated study was carried out within the course “Methods of Teaching Foreign Languages” and at the period of students’ teaching practice. The focus is on the tasks that contributed to students’, prospective English language teachers’, mastering in productive reflexive management.
