Multilevel structural-dynamic model of entrepreneurship

Abstract

The theoretical and methodological approaches to the categories "entrepreneurship" and "entrepreneurial activities" interpretation have been summarized in this paper. The system analysis of the content of entrepreneurship proves its identification with the dominant characteristics such as independence, initiative (on the basis of creativity, intuition), systematic, risk-taking, focus on making a profit, which can be achieved by innovation, research and development. It has been theorized that entrepreneurship as a generalizing category covers management process, subjects, objects, business income while entrepreneurial activities being a narrower concept refers only to the process. There has been noted the expediency of entrepreneurship research, not only at the national but, above all, at the regional level of the system hierarchy, for the region, as opposed to the country, is characterized by specific geographic, socio-demographic and cultural characteristics, constant specialization, relationships between the elements of enterprise system and external factors influence. Scientific novelty lays in proposed conceptual structural-dynamic model of enterprise system, taking into account the different levels of the management hierarchy and dominant components: business entities; the relationship between the subjects; supporting elements of relationships in the form of business infrastructure; internal and external factors. The model demonstrates the fact that the interaction between the subjects of entrepreneurship of region, country or megaregional integration formations intensify due to the businesses infrastructure.
