MULTIPROBIOTIC INFLUENCE ON PROTEIN COMPOSITION OF HEPATOCYTES UNDER CONDITIONS OF GLUTAMATE-INDUCED OBESITY
Journal Title: Гепатологія - Year 2017, Vol 38, Issue 4
Abstract
We have characterized low-, medium- and high-molecular protein fractions of hepatocytes under conditions of glutamate-induced obesity development and correction of multiprobiotic. Protein fractions were separated by electrophoresis using a 10 % Laemmli SDS-PAGE sodium dodecyl sulfate. Protein hepatocytes change in glutamate-induced obesity: high-molecular proteins decrease, and low-molecular proteins increase. Changes in hepatocyte proteins are consistent with previously established changes in protein content of hepatocytes under the infl uence of high-calorie diet (HCD) rich in fats and carbohydrates. We have noticed similar changes in protein of hepatocytes due to correction with multiprobiotic, but compared with glutamate-induced obesity, low proteins were lower.
