Клініко-лабораторні особливості синдрому жовтяниці у дітей
Journal Title: Гепатологія - Year 2018, Vol 42, Issue 4
Abstract
The article presents the research results of basic biochemical indices of 79 children with jaundice syndrome of various genesis who were hospitalized with an initial diagnosis of “viral hepatitis”. Viral hepatitis was con rmed in 53 patients, jaundice of non-infectious genesis was detected in 20 children, and in 6 cases the cause of jaundice could not be confirmed. It was found that in the majority of patients (63.29%), who were hospitalized with jaundice syndrome, viral hepatitis was diagnosed. The average level of hyperbilirubinemia was almost unchanged in viral hepatitis with and without cytolysis syndrome, non-infectious jaundices, but was signi cantly higher in patients with unexplained hepatitis. The highest levels of ALT, which are the markers of hepatocyte cytolysis, on average constituted 23.29 mmol / L, and were detected in viral hepatitis, in autoimmune hepatitis - 22.94 mmol / L, and in leukemia - 21.27 mmol / L. In cases of suspected liver damage in oncohematological diseases prior to myelogram, hemogram should be monitored 2-3 times a day due to probable rapid development of pancytopenia.
