MUSICAL KNOWLEDGE OF SECONDARY SCHOOL GRADUATES – CANDIDATES FOR EARLY EDUCATION TEACHERS

Abstract
The author of the following article presents the results of a musical knowledge test which examined a group of 106 (103 women and 3 men) full-time and part-time students of the first year of early school and preschool education of the University of Bielsko-Biała. The analysis of the findings of the study allows drawing conclusions which show the state of education as part of universal music education in primary and secondary schools.<br/><br/>
