Mythological Оrnithology in the Poetry of S. Cherkasenko

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the coverage of the actual scientific direction in the literary criticism, namely to the research of the mythopoetics problems in the Ukrainian literature of the beginning of the XX century. Spiridon Cherkasenko is Ukrainian modernist writer, creative work of whom is characterized by a combination of different cultural traditions. Urgency of the work directly related to the absence of studies of S. Cherkasenko poetry from the position of mythopoetics in the national literary criticism. In particular, mithopoetic aspect of ornithological images in the poetry of S. Cherkasenko is analyzed in the article. The aim of this study is to analyze the ornithological mythologems in the poetry of S. Cherkasenko, primarily referring to the figurative level of works by using the researches of Ukrainian and world mythology. The article contains detailed analysis of mythologem of the bird, summarizes its values for the expression of the author's ideological position. The main idea of our article consists in exploration of the using author's features mythological images of the birds. Using the mithopoetic analysis to interpretation of ornithological images in the poetry of S. Cherkasenko has allowed finding out the similarities of ornithological space in the poetry of the writer with mithopoetic space. The result revealed that the basis of the mythoworld model of S. Cherkasenko poetry is complex of ornithological mythologems that make up certain timespace relations in his poetry. Unconsciously using mythological images in the poetry, S. Cherkasenko supplements them with new shades, creating his own myythoworld. The results of this scientific research are important for the development of the mythopoetics work of art methodology.
