NAIMANS, KHEREIDS, JALAIRS

Abstract
The article focuses on history of Naimans, Khereids, and Jalairs. Naimans, Khereids, Jalairs were engaged in cattle raising. Naimans, Khereids, Jalairs were part of Kazakh ulus. Ulus was not an institute of the primitive society; it was not a kin, a tribe, as it was above clan tribal institutions. Ulus meant «people», «sovereignty of the people», and at the beginning it included people who were not related because it consisted of people belonging to Khan clan, their relatives and relations, and not related people. Ulus had its own territory and big powerful Naiman and Khereid ulus had their own borders.
