Abstract
Irtyshcheva I.A., Tubaltseva N.P., Potkin A.A. Directions of reducing costs of enterprises based on logistic approaches. The article is devoted to the justification of the expediency of using logistic approaches to reduce the production costs of an enterprise. The influence of the logistics system on the production efficiency of the enterprise is revealed. The experience of well-known foreign companies is analyzed. The necessity of using the method of strategic cost management is determined. Keywords: costs, logistics system, strategic cost management.
