NAVAL SHIPS AS AN OBJECT OF REAL RIGHTS

Abstract
This article discusses the basic concepts of the concept of a ship. The ship is explored as objects that, by their physical and natural properties, belong to movable property, a vessel means any self-propelled marine vessel used in international maritime trade for the carriage of goods, passengers or both. The legal grounds for distinguishing a vessel on a mobile and immovable one are considered.
