CONSIDERAŢII STRATE GICE PRIVIND DEZVOLTAREA SERVICIULUI STOMATOLOGIC DE STAT DIN MUNICIPIUL CHIŞINĂU

Abstract
Aspectul organizatoric al serviciului stomatologic de stat din municipiul Chişinău la moment prezintă o structură cu un grad de eficienţă şi productivitate redusă, iar dificultăţile şi incoerenţele dictate de principiile de gestionare existente afectează stabilitatea şi dezvoltarea unei concurenţe constructive şi echitabile cu sectorul privat în domeniu. Reorganizarea acestui tip de asistenţă medicală specializată de ambulator, cu actualizarea şi ajustarea cadrului normativ-juridic, managerial şi economic-financiar, devine o oportunitate strategic vitală şi inevitabilă, implementarea căreia va putea asigura funcţionalitatea prosperă a serviciilor stomatologice de stat în condiţiile economiei de piaţă.
