Barriers in sharing of knowledge in a construction enterprise

Abstract
Knowledge is often considered as a source of competitive advantage of en-terprises. Therefore, the awareness of presence of factors, which may discourage employees from sharing of this category of resource, seems to be a potentially great value. the paper presents barriers in sharing of knowledge in an enterprise. The object of research is a construction enterprises entered in then register of the Świętokrzyski Region.
