COMPETITIVENESS CONFECTIONERY INDUSTRY FUNDS PORTFOLIO OF INNOVATION

Abstract

The paper investigates the problem of the modern enterprise competitiveness through the introduction of innovative solutions aimed at enhancing competitive advantages and competitive disadvantages of liquidation . The paper noted that the prerequisite for the survival and further development of the confectionery industry in a volatile external environment becomes finding new tools for improving competitiveness, to strengthen the competitive position , competitive advantages formation and implementation of the existing competitive potential . This paper analyzes approaches to the definition of a new type of economic relations - an "innovation economy", in connection with which highlighted the concept of " innovation competition" . Emphasized that the characteristic features of such an economy is the steady growth of the high technology sector of the economy , reducing material and energy production, increase production efficiency through innovation and a number of other , also related to innovation . Highlighted the role of innovation as a competitive tool to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, which entails the development of innovative strategies . Proposed portfolio structuring competitive innovation confectionery enterprise , which highlights the major components designed for the development of innovation in key areas of forming enterprise competitiveness : innovation resource , commodity- consumer innovation , innovation in the competition , each of which formed the possible regulations to implement . The article proved, that to achieve growth of enterprise competitiveness prerequisite is the availability and the optimal combination of all the elements of the subsystem to ensure competitive innovation, which is a structural element of the overall framework of the activities of the enterprise . Emphasized that the extension of the system software of the company in the future and preserve an acceptable level of resource provision currently possible through the introduction of competitive innovation that represents a balance between the need of resources and increase competitiveness.
