CONTROL SYSTEM OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPANIES

Abstract
To research the basics of control in the management of intellectual property of the company in the current economic conditions. Purpose of the study - modern theoretical and methodological problems of formation of an effective monitoring system of intellectual property (IP) business. The purpose of the article is to determine the place and role of control in the management of IP enterprise. Methods. Theoretical and methodological basis of research constitute fundamental assumptions of economic theory and practice, and general scientific and special methods of knowledge of economic reality. The main methods have been used: structural logic (logic and the construction of structures); general philosophical (for logical presentation of his own thoughts and beliefs); comparative (when considering different views of scholars and analysis approaches); method of detail and synthesis (to study the subject and the relationship of its components). The results. The economic nature of the category of "control"; identified key objectives of the control system IP for enterprises; the basic control deficiencies IP; the basic principles control the use of IP; the analysis of the main factors in the formation of an effective monitoring system using IP; the basic requirement for the establishment of an effective system of control; the stages of formation control system IP in the enterprise. Scope of the work. Scientific results and developments are the author not only theoretical, methodological and practical significance and to solve specific practical problems in industrial plants for the formation of an effective monitoring system using IP. Conclusions. Monitoring the use of intellectual property is an important component of IP management company. And today, unfortunately, no effective domestic enterprises control system IP. For its formation must take into account the shortcomings of existing monitoring systems and make the necessary changes taking into account the objectives, principles and stages of creating a control system IP.
