PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES AND COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION OF ITS EMPLOYMENT

Abstract
The article organization of management process is analyses by development of personnel of industrial enterprise and his complex estimation on indexes: level of average monthly salary of workers, coefficient of correlation of average monthly salary of workers of enterprise with a minimum average monthly salary; frequency of diseases of personnel, frequency of work accidents on an enterprise, coefficient of maternity leave on an enterprise; by the coefficient of increase of level of education of workers, specific gravity of rationalizers and inventors among workers; the coefficient of level is lab our, that are base on results of analysis of development of personnel status with the purpose of determination of priority directions of his realization, upgrading of end-point of productive activity of enterprise and deter-mination of sourcing’s of reasonable administrative decisions on a management by a personnel. Realiza-tion of management functions is sent development of personnel of industrial enterprise to providing of favorable terms of realization of lab our activity of workers.
