Diversity and its manifestations determining the success of an organization

Abstract
In the process of organization management diversity constitutes the basic premise of changes determining the success of the organization. In particular it’s the diversity resulting from recognition of the motive and the way of im-plementation of the specified action, beside the targeted behavior. This diversity causes – according to M. Morawski – that in the present form everybody is the manager, and the differences consist only in the scale and meaning of the solved problems. This attitude is justified by the fact that the employee possesses the ability of conscious and targeted acting, the ability of instant surpassing of his/her previous achievements and accomplishments, and as a consequence – the ability of responsible engagement.
