Interferences in Motivation to Take Up Actions in Conditions of Uncertainty and Risk, and An Ability of An Organization to Survive

Abstract
The article draws attention to specificity of motivation to act in conditions of uncertainty and risk. Two main types of motivational interferences were pre-sented, which especially demonstrate themselves in such conditions. They hin-der activation of motivation or its maintenance on a desired level, and they may cause disorganization of human activity within an organization, and disturb its efficient functioning. The article discusses regulatory conditions and examples of managing a self-modifying course of motivational process. It emphasizes actions causing the active individuals to express positive psychological states that condition effective managing in uncertain and risky circumstances. Subject dimension of stimuli arising from these states enhances organization engage-ment and aspiration to discover and use chances laying in difficult situations. It was pointed out that the ability of regulatory management of motivation to act in situations with an elevated level of difficulty is a significant aspect of determining a possibility for an organization survival in uncertain surroundings.
