JOINT OPTIMIZATION OF PRODUCTION AND PRODUCTION COST OF CLOTHING INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The paper analyzes the need for joint optimization problem of production and production cost, it is developed economic-mathematical model of integer programming. In many cases, the practice has not one, but several factors limit. Then the problem of profit maximization or cost minimization is solved using linear programming. In a multiple production constraints in the presence of various factors of production, to develop an economically viable production program is recommended to use the techniques and methods of linear programming. The complexity of the model development is to be taken into account a number of constraints on resources and production. In terms multiservice production for each business unit developed a set of production options. In addition, the formation of the production program in light of limited production capacity, such as man-hours or machine-hours, often has to choose certain products that bring the most profit. To determine which product or products it is better to produce (sell) in order to maximize profits, it is useful to use the marginal approach. The criterion for optimality problem is developed full increase of enterprises net profit considering possible additional costs associated with the formation of stocks of products and materials, to obtain additional quantity of energy, with increasing general costs and wage applies and increase profits due with the reduction of income tax. Within the framework of economic and mathematical model outlined model parameters, limiting the scope and costs of production, functional terms and conditions of integer variables.
