Marketing attitudes in personnel activities in potential employees’ opinions

Abstract

 In the article the problems related to marketing attitude to personnel activ-ities in contemporary organization were presented. Defining and analysing the level of knowledge about the essence and scope of personnel marketing among young potential employees was the main goal of this paper. On the base of the field empirical researches one can state that minority of respondents interpreted this conception in the correct way. It was the result of low level of knowledge about subject scope of personnel marketing. This factor was pointed as the key barrier in the process of implementing of personnel marketing by employers in Poland.
