Model of management methods selection as an instrument determining organization’s success

Abstract
All scientific disciplines must constantly refine their research methods. Management as a discipline of economic science deals with this issue. The re-search problem being discovered in this paper concentrates on the analysis of the methodology of problem-solving methods’ selection in management in the context of an organization’s success. The topic covers a detailed methodology of management and has a theoretical-methodological character. The main goal of the paper is to develop a model of methods selection for management problem solving that is an inherent element of management methodology determining organization’s success. First part of the paper explores methodological determinants of an organization’s success. Second part presents a proposal of the model of management methods selection and final conclusions.
