Abstract

In this article, scheduled activities are proposed regarding the introduction of the passenger bus stations efficiency management system. An algorithm of management system has been developed and it provides the following main stages: developing an order on passenger bus stations efficiency management system introduction; task team of management system short listing; task team organization and training; passenger bus stations efficiency management system development; responsibility of workforce allocation; documents development for management system introduction; introduction and monitoring of the management system; holding of corrective actions. Main stages of organization and training of the management system task team have been defined, specified the functional qualities that task group members should possess, and developed a standard that will support this stage at the enterprise. With the help of functional inter-linkages development, a functional work allocation in the process of working on passenger bus stations efficiency management system has been proposed. There were defined main sources of information required for implementation of the management system functions by parties to the process of providing efficiency of the passenger bus stations functioning (financial processes, staff and customers relations, basic passenger bus stations processes). There was proposed scheme of formation and contents of documentation on introduction of the passenger bus stations management system with the help of IDEF0 strategy. Contents and structure of efficiency management system functioning monitoring system were defined. On the last stage corrective actions were proposed in case of occurring any deficiency or defection in work of the developed management system.
