Procedura i zakres wdrażania inicjatywy Jessica w Polsce

Abstract
Opracowanie prezentuje podstawowe informacje dotyczące idei inicjatywy Jessica jako mechanizmu inżynierii finansowej postulowanego przez Komisję Europejską do finansowania inwestycji w zakresie rozwoju obszarów miejskich. Przedstawiono wykaz regulacji prawnych dotyczących inicjatywy. Wskazano podstawowe schematy wdrażania inicjatywy oraz omówiono zasadnicze elementy procedury wdrażania. Wskazano na stan zaawansowania inicjatywy Jessica do warunków polskich.
