Producer groups - example of entrepreneurship development in the rural areas supported from EU funds

Abstract
In the paper presents the operation of producer groups as a form of entrepreneur-ship occurring in the rural areas. A detailed analysis was carried out on the example of a group focused on the production of fruits and vegetables, bringing together 41 agricul-tural producers. The obtained results allow to conclude that cooperation brings tangible results such as sales growth, ongoing investment.
