Quality management system as element of modernization process of enterprises

Abstract
Quality management system is one of the basic instruments to introduce developing changes into enterprises. Implementation of the system helps to reach many benefits that lead to the enterprise improvement by: the offered quality, way of acting, market place, and competitiveness. It is worth to notice that obtaining the quality management systems is now the demand of proper organization work.
