Journal Title: International Journal of Pharmaceutical Development & Technology - Year 2014, Vol 4, Issue 2
Abstract
In the present study, the rapid detection of Vibrio cholerae in food and cytotoxic activity, food samples were collected. Twelve food samples were analyzed for the incidence of Vibrio cholera. The organism isolated from the enriched media was confirmed by adopting biochemical tests.
