Resource-based context of company’s success

Abstract
The elaboration discusses the role of resources for development of strategic performance. The problem of resources and their significance has been an issue of scientific interest for years. The elaboration varies in content from previous work due to different approach to the method used for the description of resources and strategic performance. Also a different statistical method was used (structural equation modeling).
