SOME ASPECTS OF PROSTHETIC TREATMENT OF PARTIAL EDENTULISM ASSOCIATED WITH MESIODISTAL DENTAL MIGRATIONS

Abstract
During our practice in the clinic, we worked with patients that have pathological occlusion, due to partial edentulous dental migration associated with mesio-distal, within the time will lead to disturbunses in the anatomical functions and other damages. Therefore, migration dental treatment in the sagittal plane can be done by following methods: prosthetic, orthodontic, surgical and mixed. I chose this theme because the partial edentulous patients with dental migration associated with sagittal plane will come in our days, which requires a balanced support and design complex prosthetic treatment methods in order to restore disturbances arising from these diseases. Thorough clinical and laboratory findings of edentulous patients partial, we motivate the application of various prostheses, depending on the particular clinical picture (the time of tooth extraction, teeth adjacent to the gap state, its topography, type of occlusion), in the circumstances, the efficient method prosthetic restoration with fixed bridges, requiring minimal preparation of a sacrifice in order to preserve their hard tissues.
