THE CREATION PROSPECTS AND OPERATION OF FREE TRADE AREA BETWEEN THE USA AND THE EU

Abstract
Economies of the world are more and more integrated in recent years. There are various integration groups, where more attention is paid to the trade, investments, international security. Among these integrated groups can not be overlooked the future integration group as the USA and the EU free trade area. In recent years, were conducted negotiations concerning the free trade area between these world economy giants and the main issue of its functioning is not found. That is why, the subject of study is the possible establishment and functioning of a free trade area between the United States and the EU. The purpose is to identify whether this free trade area can be created, and if it is possible, how it will operate in the future. The methods of work are observation, theoretical analysis, inductive and deductive methods. The observation is a perception of a phenomenon, during which the researcher gets specific facts. The theoretical analysis is selection and consideration of individual aspects, features, characteristics, properties of the phenomena. The inductive method involves the movement of thought from private judgments to the general conclusion, the deductive are from private to general opinions conclusion. The results of the findings are based on quoted theoretical and mathematical facts. The main conclusions of the work is that a free trade area between the United States and the EU can exist such existence can be very successful, but if terms of trade are revised. However, the final result depends on the negotiation processes on the international level.
