THE DEFINITION OF OUTSOURCING IN MODERN CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC GLOBALIZATION AND VIRTUALIZATION

Abstract
Current economic conditions are characterized by the sheer development of economic systems, globalization and virtualization of the economy require from companies implementation into practice the effective methods of business organization, such outsourcing. Since the concept is new for the Ukrainian economy, it is reasonable to determine its nature in the current economic conditions. The analysis of scientific sources proved the complexity of outsourcing and lack of a unified approach to its definition. Generalization theoretical sources allowed to identify the main aspects of outsourcing: functional, cooperation, resource, organizational, strategic, targeted, globalization, which was proposed by the author to complement mobile and virtualistic. The author considered these aspects and developed the definition of outsourcing, taking into account the place of outsourcing in the processes of globalization and virtualization economy. Also in the article the subject, the object, the object of outsourcing are determined in the article. The subject of the outsourcing is outsourcer which is an organization or individual expert or entrepreneur who assumes the implementation, improvement and development of business processes of some organization on a contract fee basis on the terms of a long-term partnership. The subject of outsourcing is a business process or function of the company transferred to outsourcers. The object of the outsourcing are outsourcing relationships arising between the customer service and outsourcers. The main purpose of outsourcing can be considered as providing a business organization that is characterized by high efficiency, flexibility, competitiveness, which feature is the focus on key competitive advantage or business processes, they development and improvement, on the assumption of the transfer of all the functions that they do not relate to the performance outside organizations.
