THE MAIN SOURCES OF СOUNTRIES’ STATE BUDGET DETERMINATION FOR THEIR ECONOMIC SECURITY SUPPLY

Abstract
The aim of the article is the classification of countries according to the sources of their budget and population as the main factors affecting the economic security. The relevance of the article is motivated due to the fact that none of the authors working on the budget of the country did not consider the issue of filling the budget depending on the factors of globalization and competitiveness of the industry - donor budget in the global economy. There are still lost questions "capability" the field provide such revenues, which are able to balance the costs caused by country's population. To this end, the article examines the main trends of budget revenues countries formation over the world based on their population. The measures of development export-oriented industries in Ukraine are proposed that can not only provide the revenues for the budget, but also contribute to the stabilization of the national currency. It is also considered the questions of selection the priority industries for their development through the conditions of globalization, world division of labor. The examples of both positive and negative selection to form the budget are shown and the impact of these processes on overall economic security is provided. The recommendations for the industries selection in modern conditions of Ukraine's economy are given.
