The Personal Aspects of the Informatics Projects Success Implemented with the Use of Agile Methodology

Abstract
The article is an attempt to identify a concept of informatics project success and its considerations from human resources management area in the traditional and agile project management methodology. On the basis of empirical research indicated the main problems arising from the application of the agile methodology that determines the success of the project in opinion of the projects managers and its relations with the personal policy.
