Uncertainty — risk — trust, the triangle of building status quo of contemporary organizations

Abstract
Keynote article includes three elements characterizing the contemporary environment of the organization: uncertainty, risk and trust. These elements are penetrating each other to form a cloud, in which organizations operate. The purpose of the article was to show the relationship between these elements and attempt to answer the question: how should modelling the organizational culture in such conditions in order to be best suited to the present circumstances.
